To Change Your Mind, Change Your Environment

A couple months ago, I wrote about one of Tony Robbins' mantras: “To change your mind, change your body.”

If you’re feeling stuck mentally, change how you feel physically first.

The same applies to our environment.

Our environment influences our outcomes more than we’d like to think.

We can use that to our advantage.

When we need some writing inspiration, we can go to a local cafe.

When we need to shed our work anxiety, we can go meet a friend at the local pub.

When we need to get inspired to work out, we can pay for a day pass at a local gym.

The state of our body affects our mind.

Our environment does too.

To change your mind, change your environment.
